This Central Florida Renovation is a remodel of a 1970s ranch house that carefully opens the existing floor plan without erasing its original character. Widened openings, raised ceilings, and added skylights bring light into spaces that were once closed off, while leaving the overall structure and roofline intact. The project is also designed to grow with its residents, incorporating aging-in-place features including wheelchair-accessible dining and a curbless shower that prioritize long-term livability without compromise.
